MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The suspect connected to a missing boy is now dead, according to several reports, However, police are still searching for the missing boy.
An Amber Alert is currently active for three-year-old Major Harris – who is believed to still be in Milwaukee. He is the son of a homicide victim, 25-year-old Mallery Muenzenberger, of Onalaska, who was found dead near North 37th Street and West Clarke Street.
The city’s Police Department says officers approached a house with the suspect – Jaheem Clark – inside on Sunday night.
Police say they heard at least two gunshots from inside the home.
Authorities reportedly found the homicide suspect with an apparent self-inflicted fatal gunshot wound.
Milwaukee police say Clark was a person of interest in a homicide, and are still looking for a 2008 Black Chevrolet Equinox, with the license plate number A-B-E-2-8-0-4.
