One Person Injured After Fire In Acton Home North Of Santa Clarita

One person suffered minor injuries after a fire broke out in the second story attic of a home in Acton Saturday morning. 

At around 10:43 a.m. Saturday first responders received reports of a structure fire on the 36000 block of Via Famero Drive in Acton, north of Santa Clarita, according to Ed Pickett with the Los Angeles Fire Department. 

“It is a fully involved structure fire to a two-story home,” said Pickett. “There is one injury to a civilian.”

According to Pickett, the fire has not reached knock down.
