Insider: 13 things to watch in Colts vs. Texans

INDIANAPOLIS — A game that might not have seemed like a highlight on the schedule could play a critical role in the Colts season.

Indianapolis is coming off an excruciating, disheartening loss to Baltimore on Monday night, and if the Colts can’t bounce back against a hapless Houston team, any playoff hopes Indianapolis harbors would go on life support.

The good news is the Colts finally get back home. For the first time in almost a month, the Indianapolis Colts will be back in Lucas Oil Stadium for a 1 p.m. kickoff against the Texans, a team that is struggling but proved last week against the Patriots that it can pose a problem if its opponent isn’t ready.
