Yesterday I was on my way to work at 0600 & I encountered three men(different parts of the road)at this time of the day(deathly dark out) walking on the side of a local road. Poor visibility out; they were all dressed in dark clothes; could not see them until coming approximately 50 feet to them. I came close to hitting two of them. Both of them were walking with traffic on a very busy road. I understand they may have to walk to work but Peay tell if any one of us hit them. Our worlds are shattered. They are not perceiving what can happen to all. I still see people walking their dogs at night without any reflecting gear. And you wonder why this happens???
