Manzella seeks sixth term in Portland
PORTLAND — Rick Manzella is seeking his sixth term as councilman for the town. He is endorsed by the Republican and Conservative parties.
A lifelong resident of Portland and fourth generation grape farmer, he resides on the family farm. Laura, his wife of 42 years passed last year. They have five children: Kevin, Karen, Kathie, Lee, who passed in 2019, and Susan, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Manzella is a member of the American Legion, VFW, Farm bureau, National Grape Corp, Exempt Portland Fireman, Cornell Extension, and NRA. He says, “Portland is a great place to live from the escarpment to the lakeshore and the lake plank in between.”
