Like a handful of the other trophies or achievements in Back 4 Blood, finding the secret in The Amory during Act 2 isn’t all too difficult, as long as you know where you’re going. Simply load the A Call to Arms section of the game and exit the safe room.

Head down the road, open the gate, and go straight until you see an alley on the right. Go down it and you’ll head into a parking garage. Inside, you’ll eventually come out a hole in the wall that leads you to a new neighborhood.

Dropdown into the backyard on the right until you reach the yard that belongs to the red house. There is a cage located along the right fence. Interact with the trophy and you’ll have unlocked the Cooped Up achievement.
