HOW IT HAPPENED
- 17' | Gouvin curled in corner kick that hit the far post and went in to the net.
- 50' | A Louisville clearance fell to the left side of the box and Bike controlled it and fired a shot under the crossbar.
- 87' | A long ball over the top get touched down to Julia Simon and Simon ran on to it and slotted it past Wiebke Willebrandt.Â
GAME NOTES
- Louisville had the 16-10 lead in shots … the Cardinals had a 6-3 lead in corner kicks.
- The Eagles are now 4-3-0 in the all-time series with Louisville … the Eagles have a mark of 2-2-0 on the road.
- Laura Gouvin's goal marked her third of the season.
- Jenna Bike scored her fourth goal of the season … Bike now has 11 points on four goals and three assists … it was her first game-winning goal of the season.
