If there's one thing Zach LaVine has learned about the Chicago Bulls following their 4-0 preseason, it's that they have the potential to be an “extremely scary” team.

After taking down the Memphis Grizzlies 118-105 on Friday to maintain their immaculate record, LaVine had nothing but high praises for his team and Bulls teammates who have shown great chemistry despite a massive revamp during the offseason.

For LaVine, the Bulls have proven they have the ability to contend among the best in the NBA, especially when they are locked-in defensively like what they have shown in their four preseason outings.

“We’re an extremely explosive offensive team. When we lock in on the defensive end, we can be extremely scary. We got a bunch of guys out here playing for each other,” LaVine said, per KC Johnson of NBC Sports.

Zach LaVine has every reason to be hyped about the Bulls, though. After all, it is true that they did not only locked down their opponents but also blew them away. In their first two games against the Cleveland Cavaliers and New Orleans Pelicans, they limited both teams below 100 points while beating them by a margin of 36 points each.

Their only close encounter was against Cleveland Cavaliers that ended 102-101.

While it is only the preseason and it doesn't really reflect the level of play and competition that the Bulls will be facing, it certainly feels great for fans to see the Chicago franchise thriving again. There's also no better confidence-booster for the team than an unbeaten streak.

If the Bulls maintain the same explosiveness they showed on both ends of the court, LaVine and Co. figure to be one of the most exciting teams in 2021-22.
