EastEnders' Kim Fox will vow to get answers over her husband Vincent's murder next week.

The BBC soap is currently revisiting the three-year-long mystery surrounding Vincent's disappearance back in 2018.

Last night's episode saw Kim finally learn the devastating truth about Vincent's fate, when she finally met with Howie – the man who'd stolen his identity.

Howie told a heartbroken Kim that he'd found the wallet on a scrap yard he used to work on. As he didn't see anyone walk out alive, Howie took on Vincent's identity to start a new life.

As Kim reeled from the news, a guilty Denise told Jack that she had known the truth for the past few days and had used it to negotiate a deal with Phil over the Salon.

Despite Denise signing the new salon paperwork next week, Kim is still fixated on finding out further truths regarding Vincent.

With Denise anxious that her arrangement will backfire, Kim is furious to hear that Phil is the reason they got the business back in the first place.

This only adds fuel to Kim's fire and she refuses to back down until she knows who murdered Vincent.

Panicked, Denise continues to try to distract Kim – who's planning on hiring a private investigator. At a loss of what to do next, Denise asks Patrick to help.

When a conversation with Kat prompts Kim to put the pieces of the puzzle together, she turns to Phil and begs him to tell the truth. Furious, Phil firmly reminds Denise what is at stake.

Unfortunately, it seems like Denise's efforts to get Kim to back down are in vain as she later finds another fake booking for Howie.

Howie refuses to tell Kim anything but is later left wracked with guilt following their meeting. What does Howie know? And what will it mean for Kim and Phil?

EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
