Squid Game star Lee Jung Jae couldn't still believe that his survival game film on Netflix had become a global hit. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Lee opened up about the hit show and revealed the most challenging part of the series for him.
Squid Game Finale The Most Difficult To Film For Lee Jung Jae
Lee Jung Jae is still very busy after the release of Squid Game because he is filming his next project. Fortunately, he had some spare time and was able to spoke with EW.
During the interview, he shared the most challenging part of the series for him to film, and it was the final scene. In that scene, Gi-hun (Lee Jung Jae) fights against his childhood friend Sang-woo (Park Hae Soo) for the final battle before any of them would take home the 45.6 billion won prize. Lee admitted that the scene was exhausting physically and mentally.
"These two characters are fighting against each other with their life on the line when they're childhood friends, so the scene itself is very heartbreaking. It was very emotionally tough," he told EW.
"Secondly, I remember that when we were filming that scene when the two were fighting, it was in winter, so the weather was very cold. In Korea, the winter is very freezing cold. I remember filming that scene for about four days in the rain with the sprinkler, so it was very emotionally and physically tough."

What's The Most Challenging Game In Squid Game?
For Lee Jung Jae, the most challenging game was the Dalgona or Honeycomb. According to him, he had to express very minimal movement while doing it.
He couldn't exaggerate his movement but had to show that there was a rise in tension as the time passed because if they couldn't get the job done before the time ends they would die. And if they do not get the job right, they will be shot dead. The players do not have much option to live.
Based on this video, the Squid Game stars couldn't finish the dalgona challenge in real life. So, it's really difficult.
Netflix hasn't renewed Squid Game for another season. We will keep you posted once Squid Game Season 2 gets the green light.
