Tuesday 10/05:
- At 4:55 a.m. the police responded to the corner of ransom and paradise after a caller reported suspicious conditions. Officers checked on a vehicle that was oddly parked with a door wide open and no one around. They contacted the owner at a nearby residence, who checked and found nothing missing. The vehicle was secured.
- At 8:44 a.m. the police conducted a welfare check at the 14700 block of Sandpiper place.
- At 10:25 a.m. the police responded to the 500 block of hemlock street after a caller reported criminal mischief. A business sign was vandalized by unknown suspects.
- At 10:49 a.m. the police responded to the chetco bridge after a caller reported a traffic crash with no injury
- At 10:58 a.m. the police responded to the 600 block of chetco avenue after a caller reported criminal mischief. Officers are investigating criminal mischief/spray paint vandalism to multiple area businesses. A suspect caught on business cameras has yet to be identified.
- At 11:20 a.m. the police conducted a welfare check at the 98100 block of W Benham lane.
- At 1:28 p.m. the police responded to Hassett street after a caller reported an animal complaint. A service dog was running at large, and was returned to its residence.
- At 4:20 p.m. the police conducted a welfare check at the 1600 block of highway 101 north.
- At 5:21 p.m. firefighters responded to Mill beach after a caller reported a fire. A small fire was extinguished on Mill Beach, a male was formally trespassed from the property.
- At 6:41 p.m. the police conducted a traffic stop on chetco avenue. The caller was given a verbal warning for speeding.
Wednesday 10/06:
- At 1:26 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop on Chetco avenue. The driver was given a verbal warning for an expired registration.
- At 7:25 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of highway 101 and harris beach. The driver was given a verbal warning for speeding.
- At 9:11 a.m. the police responded to the 1000 block of chetco avenue after a caller reported criminal mischief. Two males started a fire on business property during the night, nearly burning the deck. They were caught on camera, located by officers and cited for criminal mischief.
- At 10:18 a.m. the police responded to the 600 block of Old county road after a caller reported illegal camping.
- At 10:28 a.m. the police responded to Chetco bridge after a caller reported an animal complaint.
- At 10:44 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of highway 101 and 5th street. The driver was given a verbal warning for failing to obey traffic control devices and failing to carry current proof of insurance.
- At 2:16 p.m. the police responded to the intersection of oceanview and marks lane after a caller reported a traffic crash with no injury.
- At 5:45 p.m. the police responded to the 400 block of fern avenue after a caller reported theft.
- At 9:40 p.m. the police responded to the 500 block of fir street after a caller reported an animal complaint.
- At 11:01 p.m. the police responded to the 1500 block of beach avenue after a caller reported prowler. Officers contacted a male dressed only in shorts who was trying to gain entry to an occupied residence. He was confused about his location and believed it to be the home of an acquaintance. He was given a courtesy transport to his home.
Thursday 10/07:
- At 6:37 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop on the North Bank of Chetco.
- At 8:49 a.m. the police responded to the 600 block of old county road after a caller reported illegal camping.
- At 9:18 a.m. the police responded to the 1200 block of Iris street after a caller reported an animal complaint.
- At 1:36 p.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of harris beach and highway 101.
- At 2:56 p.m. the police responded to the North bank of chetco river road after a caller reported illegal camping.
- At 3:01 p.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of highway 101 amd Mill beach.
- At 5:39 p.m. the police responded to the intersection of highway 101 and 5th street after a caller reported criminal mischief. A male responsible for vandalising multiple area businesses was located, cited for Criminal mischief in the 1st degree as well as theft in 1st degree and released on own recognizance.
- At 9:42 p.m. the police responded to the 1100 block of easy street after a caller reported a traffic crash with no injury.
Friday 10/08:
- At 10:56 a.m. the police responded to the 500 block of Chetco Lane after a caller reported a fight.
- At 2:19 p.m. the police responded to the 300 block of 5th street after a caller reported theft. A male was cited for outstanding warrants and trespassed from location. A female was cited for theft in first degree and trespassed form location.
- At 4:45 p.m. the police responded to the 600 block of Old county road after a caller reported an animal complaint.
- At 6:12 p.m. the police responded to the 600 block of Pioneer road after a caller reported disorderly conduct. A female was arrested following multiple 911 calls regarding her behavior with children. She was also formally trespassed from all local schools and properties.
- At 7:01 p.m. the police responded to the 600 block of 5th street after a caller reported loud noises.
- At 7:14 p.m. the police responded to the 800 block of 2nd street after a caller reported harassment.
- At 8:53 p.m. the police responded to the 800 block of 2nd street after a caller reported unauthorized use of a weapon. The male suspect was arrested and transported to jail.
Saturday 10/09:
- At 12:32 p.m. the police responded to the 500 block of Chetco avenue after a caller reported theft.
- At 12:54 p.m. the police responded to the 16100 block of Wedgewood after a caller reported a traffic crash with no injury.
- At 3:59 p.m. the police responded to the 500 block of Hemlock street after a caller reported a parking violation.
- At 6:23 p.m. the police conducted a welfare check at the 500 block of Memory lane.
- At 6:36 p.m. firefighters responded to the 96800 block of east harris heights after a caller reported an illegal burn.
- At 8:43 p.m. the police responded to the 600 block of Old county road after a caller reported threats.
- At 9:16 p.m. the police responded to the 500 block of Chetco lane after a caller reported an animal complaint.
- At 9:37 p.m. the police conducted a traffic stop on chetco avenue.
- At 11:09 p.m. the police conducted a welfare check at the 700 block of chetco avenue.
Sunday 10/10:
- At 1:02 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop on North bank chetco. The driver was cited for driving while suspended and a verbal warning for speeding and failing to drive within a lane.
- At 1:45 a.m. the police responded to the 500 block of Meadow lane after a caller reported theft.
- At 9:20 a.m. the police responded to the 1600 block of highway 101 after a caller reported disorderly conduct. Citizens were warned for disorderly conduct.
- At 1:13 p.m. the police responded to Hasset street after a caller reported a hit and run.
- At 1:42 p.m. the police responded to the 16200 block of highway 101 south after a caller reported an animal complaint.
- At 7:03 p.m. firefighters responded to highway 101 after a caller reported theft.
Monday 10/11:
- At 2:53 a.m. firefighters responded to the 97900 block of Court street after callers reported a fire. Multiple 911 calls reported a structure fire at a residence in Harbor. The home was lost in the fire, and two residents were displaced, but responders managed to contain and extinguish the fire before other nearby homes were lost.
- At 8:00 a.m. the police responded to the intersection of Fawn and Ransom after the caller reported criminal mischief. A citizen’s vehicle window was broken by an unknown suspect.
- At 8:22 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of highway 101 and pacific. The driver was given a verbal warning for speeding.
- At 10:32 a.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Chetco and Mill Beach. The driver was given a verbal warning for failing to signal.
- At 10:46 a.m. the police conducted another traffic stop on Chetco avenue. The driver was given a verbal warning for speeding.
- At 1:49 p.m. the police conducted a welfare check at the Azalea park parking lot.
- At 3:16 p.m. the police responded to the North bank of Chetco after a caller reported a traffic crash with injury.
- At 6:36 p.m. the police responded to highway 101 after the caller reported a traffic crash with no injury.
- At 7:43 p.m. the police responded to South Bank Chetco after a caller reported theft.
- At 9:40 p.m. the police conducted a traffic stop at the Shell station. The driver was cited for not having a driver's license and driving uninsured, he was also given a verbal warning for defective equipment.
