MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — Today, October 15, 2021, a fire occurred at the African American Museum at Chennault Park. A crew was working on the roof when equipment on the ground caught fire.
Firefighters were dispatched to the museum and were able to put the fire out quickly. There were no damages to the building and no injuries have been reported.
