OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio

Criminal mischief: Pinewoods Way

A resident contacted police at 5:31 p.m. Oct. 8 to say that the family home had been egged for the second time in the past month. There was no damage to the property, but the resident wanted the information logged.

Driving under suspension: Bagley Road

An officer at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 8 stopped a car and checked the motorist’s driver’s license. He discovered that the motorist was driving under a suspended license. The driver was cited for doing so.

A friend who has a valid license arrived and picked up the car.

Juvenile complaint: Taberna Lane

Police went to the area at 3:17 a.m. Oct. 10 regarding a group of kids going through back yards. The caller said he heard one of the kids mention something about a gun.

Police arrived and found the kids. One of them tried to flee on foot, but an officer chased him down. It was determined that there was no weapon involved. The kids were turned over to their parents after police contacted them.
