Law & Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 5 revolves around Tik Tok culture.

When Willa, a pretty girl with aspirations of being a social media influencer, is invited to the Wheelhouse, she's thrilled... until two of the boys rape her while she is drunk. A week later, she makes a Tik Tok video saying she doesn't know what to do. Noah sees it and shows it to Benson, but Willa deletes it. However, Benson gets a recovered copy and shows Rollins and Carisi.

This is a tough case because it's not only Willa's word against the boys but they are making videos on Tik Tok claiming none of it ever happened. They force Willa to go along with their claim that it was all a big joke but the NYPD is disgusted and arrests the boys. However, there is not enough evidence to hold them yet.

The boys get stupid and make another video basically confessing and laughing they got away with it and are arrested, but the defense paints Willa as an attention seeker who is getting revenge for not being chosen for the Wheelhouse.
