Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale's Kim Tate is wrong-footed tonight (October 15) as Andrea makes the latest move in the battle for Millie.
Kim (Claire King) is determined to secure custody of her granddaughter following the disappearance – and presumed death – of her son Jamie.
With a huge fortune behind her and access to the best legal team, Kim has already warned Andrea (Anna Nightingale) that it's only a matter of time before she loses Millie.
However, in Friday night's episode, Kim faces a nasty surprise as she realises that Andrea will be a more formidable opponent than she'd expected.

Kim is horrified when she learns that Andrea has applied for a restraining order against her.
Andrea hopes that this will keep Kim at bay for a while, but another row soon follows.
Kim threatens to exact her revenge against Andrea and makes it very clear that she means business.
With Kim's erratic behaviour being witnessed by others, could she just be giving Andrea more leverage to use against her?

The latest setback for Kim comes after her on-off love interest Will Taylor left the village last night.
Will fled after confessing to Kim about how DI Malone's body is buried on her land. Kim planned to protect Will's secret, but she made her decision too late as he'd already left.
Dean Andrews, who plays Will, recently said: "All that Will keeps saying to Dawn is that the only thing that matters to him is her and Lucas. Obviously he does care about Kim as well, but they're his priority. He's let his daughter down in the past and wouldn't want to let her down again.
"There's no plan, I think he's just winging it. I think he just wants some time to pass before the dust has settled. He'd come back once he's not in receipt of any knowledge that the police are after him!"
Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm on ITV.
