Governor Kevin Stitt slams President Biden for forcing Americans to chose between the COVID-19 vaccine and their jobs.

Gov. Stitt says businesses should have the freedom to make decisions based on their circumstances. He says we are heading down a slippery slope when we allow the government to pick winners and losers.

In a video released on Facebook, Gov. Stitt says getting the vaccine is a personal choice. He says many are choosing to get the vaccine like he did.

According to Gov. Stitt, over 71-percent of Oklahomans over 18 have chosen to receive the vaccine. Stitt says 93-percent of Oklahomans 65 and over have been inoculated.

In Oklahoma, cases and hospitalizations are down over 50-percent. Gov. Stitt says the science and treatments available have evolved as the virus has evolved. He says this includes natural immunity.

Gov. Stitt says we need to put Oklahoma common sense before D.C. politics. He says he will always stand up for your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Oklahoma Attorney General John M. O'Connor has told Gov. Stitt that he is ready to take President Biden to court. Gov. Stitt says the Biden Administration has no respect for individual freedoms.
