Latest update on Richard Sherman's hamstring injury

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost yet another cornerback to injury in Thursday night’s 28-22 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, as Richard Sherman left the game after the first drive and did not return.

Sherman has a hamstring injury that is likely to knock him out for “a couple of weeks,” per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

The Bucs are already without their top two corners in Carlton Davis and Sean Murphy-Bunting, both of whom are on injured reserve until further notice. Sherman was signed prior to Week 4, and thrown right into the starting lineup.

Jamel Dean’s impressive play over the last two games will need to continue, as the Bucs will be down three corners for the foreseeable future.
