SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) —
Sumter County investigators have seized drugs and money from a Sumter home after executing a search warrant at a home on September 29.

More than 4.5 pounds of marijuana with a street value of almost $20,000 was found at a home in the 4200 block of Blanche Road.
One firearm, 2.3 grams of crack cocaine valued at $310, 2.3 grams of crack cocaine valued at $230, and $769 in cash was also found, investigators said.
Investigators said Tavares K. McFadden, 29, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, crack cocaine, cocaine and possession of a stolen weapon.
McFadden was taken to Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.

Bond was set at $17,500 and he was released on September 30.
