Chef's Quick Tip: Poached Eggs
This week, Chef Ivan Romero from Puerto Vallarta Restaurants shows Tina Redwine how to make Poached Eggs.
4 cups water
¼ cup vinegar
Bring water to boil then lower to medium heat.
Add vinegar and spin with a perforated spoon.
Once the water is spinning drop the egg in the center Let it cook for 2-3 min then carefully take it out.
