Babylon's Fall - Square Enix made some major improvements to graphics

Babylon's Fall development team made some pretty significant improvements to the graphics as well as gameplay systems and multiplayer.

Square Enix have just shared a brand new blog post where they detailed all major changes that have been made in Babylon's Fall based on the player feedback from Closed Beta Test phases 1 and 2. There are many improvements and the most notable one is certainly the graphics, which now look more realistic than initially.

One of the feedback from players was that the overall visibility in the game was poor and to improve on that for the third phase of beta, the devs have changed the visuals that are closer to the player with sharper graphics while the distant object will retain the oil painting style.

Some adjustments to actions have also been made. Each of the weapon types will now have unique actions including a sword, rod, bow, hammer, and shield. You can check out the sword in action in the video below:

Players will also be happy to hear that the team made changes to multiplayer difficulty. In test phase 3, quest difficulty will automatically adjust depending on the number of players in the quest. Playing together with a party of 4 players is still recommended by the developers since the game is intended to be played that way but from now on, +layers who set out with parties of fewer than 4 for whatever reason can still have a great play experience.

The devs also added the ability to view other player's character profiles, additional tips to the loading screen and much much more. You can check out the full details in the blog post  here.
