Aldi has announced the locations of 30 new stores as they build 100 branches across the UK.

The brand is doling out £1.3 billion in a bid to grow their budget-supermarket empire, and pledge to open one new store each week.

The company hopes to launch new sites in Milton Keynes and nearby Bicester, but their hunt for vacant, appropriate properties continues.

The Milton Keynes store - which is due to open later this month - will live in The Place Retail Park, marking the town's fourth Aldi store.

On the company website, the chain has listed all the towns they’re still trying to buy buildings in.

They’re looking for a large site, near a main road, in a central location.
