Nike Preps the Air Max 97 in Two New Radiant Colorways

To further prepare for its 25th-anniversary of the Air Max 97, Nike revealed two new beaming colorways. The sportswear house recently unveiled its plan to bring back the highly coveted “Silver Bullet” and “Atlantic Blue” offerings for the upcoming celebration.

Made out in a “Silver Bullet” fashion, the “Metallic Silver” slightly looks like an inverted version for the latter with darker gray tones outfitting the lower trim in smoke gray and a medium ash upper mesh base. The 3M reflective overlays brighten up the mood, while the lateral Swooshes stay hidden as it embroiders the borders of the quarters. The full foot Air unit gets sandwiched between a crisp white midsole and outsole to cap it all off.

Joining the “Next Nature” lineup, Nike added a clean all-white sustainably made variant. To add a slight contrast to the design, the piping overlays are stitched on in a “Sail” hue with a reflective treatment for a glow-in-the-dark effect when the sun goes down.

Look out for both Air Max 97 pairs to release in the next few months at select retailers and Nike’s website.
