Big Brother Season 24 is returning to CBS in the summer of 2022!
Even though the network has not made an official announcement yet, we know for sure that Big Brother Season 24 is returning with a new set of houseguests.
The official website for the show's casting just announced that applications are now open for Big Brother Season 24.
All applicants should be citizens of the United States, and they should also meet the eligibility requirements.
What Are The Eligibility Requirements To Join Big Brother Season 24?
According to the website, all selected houseguests for the semi-finals should travel at their own expense to be interviewed by producers. But because of the pandemic, it's likely for the interviews to be conducted virtually.
Those selected by the producers for an interview in the finals should be willing to travel to Los Angeles one week ahead of the assigned schedule.
The economy flight, hotel accommodation, and per diem will be paid for by the show producers.
Selected houseguests must be willing to live inside the Big Brother house for approximately 100 days with little to no privacy. They should also be willing to live with other houseguests that they have never met before.
All selected houseguests will also be subjected to audio and video surveillance 24/7.
Aspiring contestants should be 21 years old or older by June 1, 2022, and they should be in excellent mental and physical health.

When Will Big Brother Season 24 Premiere?
Big Brother Season 24 will premiere next summer. The official premiere date has not yet been announced, but the hit CBS reality TV show usually airs in June.
There are approximately 35 to 40 episodes per season. However, the network has not made an official announcement regarding the installment count for Season 24 either.
How Much Is The Grand Prize?
For the first time in the history of Big Brother, CBS awarded Season 23 winner Xavier $700,000.
Big D won $75,000, and America's Favorite Houseguest, Tiffany, received a $50,000 prize.
In the previous seasons, the winner of Big Brother only took home $500,000, and their runner-up brought home $50,000.
America's Favorite Houseguests from previous seasons brought home $25,000.
As of late, it's unclear if the latest pot money will be retained for Big Brother Season 24.
Will There Be A New Season Of Celebrity Big Brother?
According to Deadline, a new season of Celebrity Big Brother will premiere in the winter of 2022.
This means that CBS will first release Big Brother Season 24 before Celebrity Big Brother airs.
As of late, the network hasn't made an official announcement on who will star in Celebrity Big Brother Season 3.
But the first two seasons featured musicians, politicians, actors, and more.
It is also important to note that Celebrity Big Brother is much shorter than the original Big Brother. The first two seasons only had a total of 13 episodes each.
