Colts Injury Report: DE Kwity Paye Is A Full Participant

NFL: Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans Steve Roberts-USA TODAY Sports

The Indianapolis Colts today released their Thursday injury report for Week 6 of the NFL season ahead of their Sunday game.

Kicker Rodrigo Blankenship missed practice again today with a right hip injury. Blankenship is almost certain to miss this week and possibly even longer. Michael Badgley will more than likely be promoted from the practice squad to kick on Sunday.

Linebacker Darius Leonard returned to practice today, although it was limited. Leonard is working his way back from ankle and shoulder injuries. Leonard is progressing well to play Sunday and he will be needed massively.

Cornerback Xavier Rhodes was limited today at practice due to a concussion. Rhodes left the Ravens game with a concussion but looks to be progressing well through the concussion protocol with his limited participation today at practice today.

Safety Andrew Sendejo missed practice again today with a concussion. It looks as though Sendejo isn’t passing through the concussion protocol enough and is danger of missing the game on Sunday.

Right tackle Braden Smith continues to missed practice with thumb and foot injuries. Smith will be missing another week. Expect Pryor or Davenport to start in place of Smith.

Defensive end Kemoko Turay missed practice again with a groin injury. Turay looks to miss this week unless he can manage to practice tomorrow.

Cornerback Rock Ya-Sin was limited at practice today with an ankle injury. Ya-Sin looks to be trending in the right direction to have a shot at playing Sunday. The Colts need Ya-Sin back to help shore up the secondary that is injury riddled particularly at the cornerback spot.

Defensive end Kwity Paye was a full participant today at practice. Paye has been dealing with a hamstring injury and has missed two games in the process. However it looks like Paye will make his return to game days this week and it is perfect timing with the likely participation of Kemoko Turay due to injury.

Running back Jordan Wilkins missed practice today with a non-football illness. Wilkins has missed nearly two weeks of practice and last Monday’s game with the illness.
