August Burns Red has released “Vengeance.” This track is a stand alone single, attached to no known album as of yet.

Here is their feeling behind the single,

“Earlier this year, we set out to write a standalone single that was fast, heavy, and concise,”Vengeance” is that song. It’s ABR at our most raw.”

They continue,

“The song speaks about how much meaner the last 18 months seem to have made everyone. There is a lack of compassion and understanding for others, and we should be doing all we can to bring that back into our lives.”

This year marks ten years of existence for the album Leveler. In commemoration, the band re-recorded the album and released “Leveler: 10th Anniversary Edition,” which originally dropped on June 21, 2011, with special guests, brand new guitar solos, alternate tunings, and more.

August Burns Red begins their “Leveler 10-Year Anniversary Tour” featuring Fit For A King, Erra and Like Moth to Flames, tonight, october 14th, at the UC Theater in Berkeley California.
