Grammy Award winners and San Jose natives The Doobie Brothers will play at the Toyota Amphitheater with Michael McDonald in Wheatland Thursday night at 7:30 p.m.The performance is part of their 50th-anniversary tour.The band is known for multiple top 40 hits including songs like "Black Water" and "China Grove."The band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2020.They share their induction with performers like Whitney Houston and The Notorious B.I.G.After their performance in Wheatland, the band will continue its tour until Oct. 29 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. They will then head back out on the road again in June with a performance in West Palm Beach, Florida.
