Attorney: Photo business that closed working with customers

By Doug Barrett Oct 14, 2021 | 7:49 AM

The attorney for Glasser Images says the shuttered business is working with subcontractors to deliver pictures and videos to worried customers.

The North Dakota photography business abruptly closed its doors leaving couples scrambling for wedding pics they never received.  The business cited escalating costs and debt brought on in part by the pandemic for the closure.

Attorney Tim O’Keeffe says concerned couples can rest that arrangements are being made to provide pictures and video files.  “Nothing has been destroyed and everything is secured on a number of hard drives.  It’s just a logistical challenge to try and get this stuff to rightful owners.”

The company did business in the Dakotas, Minnesota and Colorado.  O’Keeffe says if you haven’t received an email regarding the closing update you can contact his office.

The email message does not address refund requests.

Two state agencies are investigating the shutdown of Glasser Images last week and the business owner is facing several lawsuits.
