Riskonnect Appoints Kathryn Carlson to Lead Product Strategy and Vision

Experienced product leader will drive the development of innovative solutions that address customers’ evolving risk and compliance needs

Riskonnect, the leader in integrated risk management (IRM) solutions, announced Kathryn Carlson has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Product Management. Carlson will lead Riskonnect’s growing product team, set strategy, and ensure the provider’s IRM technology drives business impact for customers.

Carlson has more than 20 years of experience leading product management and development for highly successful products and services. Before joining Riskonnect, Carlson was Vice President of Product Management at KPA, where she managed a diverse product portfolio of software across environment, health, and safety (EHS), human resources management, and finance and insurance compliance. Prior to KPA, Carlson was Senior Director of Product Development at ADP, where she led the team that developed the patented Decision Matrix applicant selection software.

Carlson takes a unique approach to product management that blends pragmatism and innovation. The resulting solutions solve customers’ most pressing problems, decrease time to market, and deliver maximum value for stakeholders.
