Ever played Naraka: Bladepoint and wished it was a one v one situation with time-limited rounds and disabled Ultimates. Bladepoint's new game mode, Bloodsport, is just that.
24 Entertainment's 60-player action combat 'em up game, Naraka: Bladepoint is getting a brand new game mode. The players will now be able to translate their skills into a one on one scenario.
Naraka: Bladepoint - Bloodsport game mode
Naraka: Bladepoint's latest game mode was inspired by the movie ‘Bloodsport’ wherein combatants fight to the death using only melee combat. The premise, as it were, is simple enough: get placed in a ring with 16 other players and defeat them all in one on one matchups in order to reach the Bloodsport finals.
However, as with every game to the death, there is a catch. You can't use the same hero or weapon each round. Instead, you'll pick your champion and hardware every round - until the last. If your skills take you to the finale, you'll play the best of three.
Other Bloodsport rules include a time limit of 75 seconds per round, increased melee resistance and access to normal abilities only. There are no ultimates in Bloodsport.
Naraka: Bladepoint is an action-adventure Battle Royal game developed by 24 Entertainment, currently available for PC. Naraka: Bladepoint's new game mode, Bloodsport, will be available tomorrow, October 14, 2021.
