US-50 West in Carson City reopens after deadly crash

CARSON CITY, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
A deadly crash shut down US-50 West in Carson City Wednesday night.

The Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) confirmed that the westbound lanes of a section of US-50 in the Deer Run area of Carson City were shut down around 8:30 p.m.
Westbound lanes were reopened for travel at around 9:30 p.m. when police cleared the scene of the crash.
