The Ramona Senior Center at 434 Aqua Lane is open for in-person dining from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the daily lunch menu is also available for pick-up between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ramona Meals On Wheels is continuing delivery to homebound seniors. All staff are following county health and social distancing guidelines. Suggested lunch donation for seniors age 60-plus is $5. Wednesday, Oct. 13: Meat Loaf, baked potato, broccoli, fresh pears.

Thursday, Oct. 14: Beef Stroganoff, egg noodles, Brussel sprouts, whole grain crackers, mixed fruit.

Friday, Oct. 15: *BIRTHDAY LUNCH* Oven Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, San Francisco veggies, whole grain crackers, birthday cake, fresh apple.

Monday, Oct. 18: Salisbury Steak & Gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, mixed fruit, whole grain crackers.

Tuesday, Oct. 19: Baked Lemon Pepper Fish, wild rice, spinach, pineapple, Romaine salad.

Wednesday, Oct. 20: Chicken Pot Pie, fresh broccoli florets, whole grain roll, diced pears.

Thursday, Oct. 21: Pork Chop, stuffing, cauliflower, applesauce, whole grain crackers.

Friday, Oct. 22: Chicken Enchilada with Green Sauce, Spanish rice, pinto beans, whole grain crackers, Mandarin oranges.

Monday, Oct. 25: Pork Rib Patty, diced potatoes, beans with barley, mixed fruit.

Tuesday, Oct. 26: Beef Stew, whole grain garlic roll, strawberries, Romaine salad.

Wednesday, Oct. 27: Pasta Crab Salad on a Bed of Romain lettuce, carrot raisin salad, cucumber and tomato, whole grain crackers, tropical fruit.

Thursday, Oct. 28: Chicken in Mushroom Gravy, mashed potatoes, Kyoto veggies, whole grain crackers, diced pears.

Friday, Oct. 29: *Halloween Lunch* Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, whole grain dinner roll, California veggies, peaches.

Monday, Nov. 1: Stuffed Beef Bell Pepper, cheesy garlic potatoes, Kyoto veggies, whole grain roll, mixed fruit.

Tuesday, Nov. 2: Chicken Parmesan, penne pasta, California veggies, Romaine salad, peaches.

Wednesday, Nov. 3: Cheese Ravioli Bake, whole grain garlic roll, Italian veggies, tropical fruit.

Thursday, Nov. 4: Bratwurst on a Bun, diced potatoes, sauerkraut, mixed fruit.

Friday, Nov. 5: Lemon Pepper Chicken, wild rice, spring mix veggies, pineapple.
