On her debut season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kathy Hilton has delivered so many iconic one-liners, it's hard to pick a favorite. So for her early Halloween costume, which she wore to the Costume Party Premiere of Kyle Richards' movie Halloween Kills, Kathy combined two of her classic moments into one brilliant costume. 

For the October 12 event, Paris and Nicky Hilton's mama dressed as a dentist. RHOBH viewers may recall that on an early episode, Kathy revealed a fun fact: When she was a kid, she used to play dentist and offer pretend exams to her peers. 

Kathy wore a white lab coat as part her costume, and its pocket had custom embroidery that spelled out "Hunky Dory, DDS." She also carried a tray of dental-office accessories, including cotton balls, mouth molds, gauze, and Tylenol. And as usual, this "DDS" had a perfect blowout.
