Tennessee Titans (3-2)

Score this Week: Won 37-19 @Jaguars

The Titans took advantage of a Jaguars roster not only devoid of any blue-chip talent but also in the midst of a tumultous scandal with head coach Urban meyer, and easily dispatched the Jags with yet another loss. The injury-riddled Titans managed to shake off the unlikely loss against the New York Jets, and are firmly in the division lead with a 2-game advantage.

Injury Report

Punter Brett Kern placed on COVID-19 list, receiver Julio Jones, edge rusher Bud Dupree, defensive back Maurice Smith, cornerback Kristian Fulton, guard Rodger Saffold, linebacker Rashaan Evans, questionable for Sunday. Linebacker Jayon Brown still out with a knee injury.

Looking Ahead: Vs. Bills

Toughest matchup of the season yet for the Titans, who will go against a red hot Josh Allen that has been lighting up scoreboards. The Bills not only have one of the most potent passing games in the NFL, but also have one of the best run defenses. Not an easy matchup for Derrick Henry and company. Hopefully the Bills continue their hot streak and give the Colts something to be happy about.

Jacksonville Jaguars (0-5)

Score this Week: Lost 19-37 Vs. Titans

Another week, another loss for the Jaguars, who just can’t seem to get their head above water. Struggling with not only injuries, but poor leadership, terrible play-calling, and typical rookie mistakes, the Jaguars are now 0-5, and show no signs of improving.

Injury Report

Linebacker Myles Jack, defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris, cornerback Tyson Campbell questionable. Center Brandon Linder placed on IR with an MCL injury.

Looking Ahead: Vs. Dolphins

If the Jaguars are to get a win this season, the Jacoby Brissett-led Dolphins are probably the best shot they are going to. The Dolphins’ running game is pretty much non-existent, and edge rusher Josh Allen could have a breakout game matched up against the worst offensive tackle duo in the NFL. If the Jaguars manage to lose this game, then Urban Meyer’s seat might just get too hot to handle.

Houston Texans (1-4)

Score this Week: Lost 25-22 Vs. Patriots

Quarterback Davis Mills was leading the Texans to what seemed like their second win of the season before fellow rookie quarterback Mac Jones mounted a second half comeback that ended with a Nick Folk game-winning field goal in the final moments of the game. After scoring points in each of the first four drives, the Texans offense ran out of gas and failed to score any more points.

Injury Report

Left tackle Laremy Tunsil out for at least the next few weeks. Starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor not expected to play against the Colts. Running back Rex Burkhead, wide receiver Danny Amendola, tight end Brevin Jordan, all questionable for Sunday’s game.

Looking Ahead: @Colts

Tough outing for the Texans against a Colts team that is still dangerous despite the absurd amount of injuries they are going through. Carson Wentz is starting to look like the guy the Colts traded a 1st round pick for, and the defense cannot get any more injured.
