With injuries to defensive backs like Trayvon Mullen Jr.  and Damon Arnette, the Raiders need to bolster the secondary.

Both Mullen and Arnette suffered injuries in the team’s Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Mullen injured his foot and was stretchered off the field, and Arnette was injured shortly after with a groin issue. Now, to bolster their secondary depth, the Raiders have added a former Alabama defender to their practice squad.

As you can see below, the team tweeted out that it had signed former Crimson Tide DB Tony Brown to the practice squad:

Brown was with the Crimson Tide from 2014 to 2017. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Green Bay Packers.

Brown stayed with the Packers for 2018 and 2019 before joining the Cincinnati Bengals in 2020.
