Bell Bank announced it expanded its commercial banking team with several new hires and promotions.

Bell promoted Jon Aase to senior vice president/Twin Cities commercial banking manager position. Bell also promoted Hailey Margetta and hired Rob Deuth as to serve as senior vice presidents/Twin Cities commercial banking team leads. All three will work out of the Bell Plaza in Bloomington, according to a news release.

In these roles, Margetta and Deuth lead commercial and industrial bankers, who will focus on building relationships with lower middle-market business customers throughout the region.

Bell also announced it hired Keith Crep as senior vice president/commercial banker in Woodbury; Kevin Baur as senior vice president/commercial banker in Bloomington; and Tim O’Callaghan as vice president/commercial portfolio manager in Bloomington. These hires further Bell’s commercial banking expansion, the release said.

“All of them are talented bankers and exceptional people,” Bell President Erin Procko said in the release. “They are viewed as leaders among their colleagues and customers, and they will be a terrific fit within Bell Bank’s culture.  It is exciting to hire and promote such [high-quality] people at this critical stage in our life cycle.”

Fargo-based Bell Bank is an employee-owned bank, with full-service locations in Minnesota, North Dakota and Arizona. It has more than $10 billion in assets, the release said.
