KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — After an AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday afternoon, a two-week-old baby and his non-custodial mother that took him have been found.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says Browen and Coti Conner have been located. Coti is facing a charge of especially aggravated kidnapping in connection to Browen’s disappearance.

Officials say Browen is safe.
The two were located in Catoosa County, Georgia.
