(SportsRadio 610) - Texans veteran wide receiver Danny Amendola returned to practice in a limited capacity Wednesday after missing the last few games with a hamstring injury.

In his limited time before the injury, Amendola caught all six of his targets, including one for a touchdown in the season-opening win against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Amendola left the Cleveland Browns game in Week 2 with a hamstring injury and has since missed the last three games.

His return happens at the same time as rookie wide receiver Nico Collins, who also went down with a shoulder injury at Cleveland. The Texans have also since waived Anthony Miller and signed Chris Moore from the practice squad to the active roster.

Also limited in Wednesday's practice were running back Rex Burkhead, who was inactive against the New England Patriots last Sunday, and linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill. Both are listed with hip injuries.

Here is the full injury report.
