Perch locations and Tsurumi Island maps – Genshin Impact guide

Once you arrive on Tsurumi Island in Genshin Impact, you’ll be greeted by fog. You can clear this fog by praying at perches, special glowing trees scattered around the island. In fact, you’ll have to do this to complete the “Through the Mists” world quest. Our Genshin Impact guide will show you where to find the perches and how to navigate through the fog without getting lost.

How to clear Tsurumi Island fog

Completing “Through the Mists” will not get rid of all the fog on the island. It’ll only clear some of it in specific areas that the perches are in.

Each perch is shrouded in fog. To avoid getting lost in the fog, you’ll need to use the faint glowing structures you see, called Stormstones. Move from structure to structure to avoid getting whisked away in the mist.

After completing the tutorial bit and finding the first perch, you’ll be lead to a ceremony area, and the quest will simply tell you to seek out the other three perches without guiding you to them.

The locations of the three perches you need to complete “Through the Mists” are below.

Autake Plains perch

This perch is simple enough. The feathers you need to pick up to restore the tree will be marked on your map, and you can follow them to grab them. You’ll need to use Stormstones to navigate the foggy area. You will have to fight several Rifthoud Whelps along the way.

Shirikoro Peak perch

This perch requires a bit more work, as two of the feathers will lead you down a path into some temple ruins.

Chirai Shrine perch

After using the Stormstones to lead you to the perch, the feathers will split off and get marked on your map, just like the previous trees. Use the Stormstones to follow them around and grab them.
