The current fight for Wano is getting more significant than ever. An old enemy from the World Government shows up in the latest chapter of One Piece. Momonosuke and Yamato are still figuring out how to prevent Onigashima from crashing into the Flower Capital. Aside from that, Sanji's body seems to have awakened.
One Piece Chapter 1,028 Recap
The others realized that there was a second dragon, who definitely isn't Kaido. Since they saw Luffy riding the dragon, it's confirmed that this second dragon is obviously Kaido's enemy. The other CP0 members are continuing to observe the battle. According to Rob Lucci, orders say that in case Kaido loses, Wano will be under the control of the World Government. The second order is to capture Nico Robin. A lot of ships are already on their way to Wano.
Momonosuke is panicking because he's unable to create strong Flame Clouds. Yamato is rushing back to the Skull Dome to destroy the armory in case the worst happens, and the island crashes. Meanwhile, Sanji and Queen are fighting. Queen tells Sanji to put on his Germa suit while continuing to attack. Sanji fights back, but Queen is pretty tough. Queen, in his dino form, detaches his own head and tail from his body. He traps Sanji within his grasp and accidentally launches one of his weapons towards the two of them.
Sanji's bones are completely broken, but he is still able to move. His body suddenly pieces itself back together. Queen attacks Sanji again — this time, with a sword. The sword breaks in half, and Sanji is annoyed because he doesn't want to end up like his siblings.

Queen starts talking about Judge, saying that he once desired to create humans that are somewhat like robots — humans with exoskeletons that don't have feelings. Meanwhile, Sanji remains confused by whatever is happening with his body and goes away to process it. Queen runs after him, still telling Sanji to show him his Germa suit. Meanwhile, we're going to see more of the battle between Kid, Law, and Big Mom. Kid is currently suffering from terrible headaches.
In the fight between Killer and Hawkins, we find out that Kid's headaches are because of Hawkins. Killer asks him what will happen if the damage he causes doesn't have anywhere to go. Hawkins says it'll be passed down to Kid. Killer chops off his left arm and says that Kid doesn't have a left arm. Killer also asks how many lives Hawkins has left if he takes out Kid's straw dolls. He says it's the last one. Killer defeats him.
