NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Wednesday released surveillance of a man who is sought in connection with a burglary pattern that occurred inside at Bronx Daycare center last month.
At approximately 10:25 p.m. on Friday, September 17, the unidentified man entered the Bronx Barx Daycare Facility located at 111 Bruckner Boulevard in Mott Haven through the front door of the building.
Once inside, authorities said the suspect went to the basement and removed a Canon camera valued at approximately $900 and approximately $3,117 in cash before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.
According to the NYPD, the second incident occurred at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Monday, September 20.
The suspect once entered the Bronx Barx Daycare Facility located at 111 Bruckner Boulevard a second time through an unlocked side door of the building and possibly using a metal rod locking mechanism, officials said.
Once inside, the individual removed electronics valued at approximately $1,500 before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.
There were no injuries reported in either incident, authorities said.
Police described the suspect as a light-skinned man, approximately in his 30s, medium build. He was last seen wearing a white undershirt, black jacket, blue shorts, blue sneakers, black hat, blue face mask, and seen carrying a bag.
