RHOSLC's Jennie Nguyen cries as she reflects on death of baby at 42 weeks and nine miscarriages amid pressure from her husband to have more children
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Jennie Nguyen broke down as she spoke out about losing her daughter at 42 weeks during a first look clip at an upcoming episode.
Jennie, a mother of three, revealed to pals Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks that she and her husband chiropractor Duy Tran have an issue in their marriage, and it stems from his desire for more kids, despite her having had nine miscarriages and losing a baby daughter just an hour after she was born.
The couple now have three children: sons Atlas, 15, and Triton, 12, and daughter Karlyn, nine.
'I don't think I could handle another child. And I've had a lot of miscarriages. It's hard, emotionally draining,' the 45-year-old star said as she cried.
Pal Meredith Marks suggests the duo go to counseling to work through the trauma they endured and speak on their differing views on more children.

The trio go to a spa together for a fish pedicure, where a certain kind of fish is in a tank that consumes the dead skin cells on your feet.
'I just want your guys' input on this. I just have a little issue with my marriage. So I'm at a place where I don't want any more kids. I'm older I tied my tubes, I have three wonderful children but Duy comes to me like "I want more kids,"' Jennie explained.

'Yeah he wants more kids,' Jennie said.
'I don't think I could handle another child. And I've had a lot of miscarriages. It's hard, emotionally draining. I had 13 pregnancies and I ended up with three living kids and one stillbirth, my daughter.'
'My daughter passed away when she was 42 weeks. It was my second pregnancy. That's when I had the stillbirth. We lost our baby girl,' she said, as she started getting emotional.
'...And there's something inside of him that I want another baby because I lost her. He went through the whole thing,' as she began to cry, using her fingers to wipe away her tears. 'I was sedated so I didn't see their experience.'
Speaking directly to the camera: 'To prepare for my delivery of my daughter, they decided to have an emergency C-section because her heart rate was dropping and so they sedated me and took the baby daughter out.'
'She was fine the first hour. Her heart rate was fine. after an hour it dropped and she passed away,' she said to the ladies as she cried, her voice breaking. 'And no one knows why.'
With tears streaming on her face, Jennie said: 'For me I cannot comprehend the whole thing because I was incoherent and he saw... they tried to resuscitate her, they tried to bring her back, he was there the whole time...'
'My husband was in the OR watching everything until he was like no that's it, that's enough. Don't do that to her anymore,' she said to the camera. 'It's been 15 minutes, she's not coming back,' she recalled during the one on one camera interview.
Back with her friends, Jennie sat there wiping tears away from her face.
'I think there's something inside of him that feels like he lost something,' breaking down further.
In our [Vietnamese] culture, men shave their head after they mourn a death of a loved one. It's part of the respect and knowing I'm giving up this image to mourn you. Because I was sedated, I was no coherent. The following day my husband walked in and he shaved his head and the only thing he said was "I am very sorry that I can't protect you,' she said with tears rolling down.
'I know right away that he was traumatized,' she added.
Back with the ladies, Jennie cried: 'He's not comfortable telling me how he's feeling, and its hard, but I can't do it,' now sobbing.
Lisa said: 'Jennie I'm so sorry.'
You know I've know this about Jennie, it's absolutely heartbreaking. Like I get emotional because I see the pain... like it's so hard,' she says as she tears up during the sit down.
Meredith told her: 'I would honestly very strongly suggest you guys go to counseling to a counselor together , just go get resolved on the issue because you guys have to communicate or it's really going to harm your marriage and that's what you don't want.'
'And that's where I'm feeling like... you're pushing me too far,' when referring to him wanting more kids,' Jennie said.
Despite the fact she does not want kids, her husband continue to pressure her on the show for more children, and in a trailer suggested surrogacy or a sister wife.
