The official Genshin Impact Twitter account has finally announced two new characters - Itto and Gorou. Both characters should arrive in update 2.3 which will drop around November 25.
The addition of a new character is probably the most exciting thing a casual Genshin Impact player is looking forward to, especially in the latter stages of the game when there aren't as many quests and events to enjoy.
The official Genshin Impact Twitter account has finally confirmed that we are going to see a new addition to the character roster - Arataki Itto. As you can see in the picture above, Itto is a Geo Claymore user, just like Noelle.
Gorou is a Bow user which would make him the first Geo character with a bow. This could still be changed considering that characters like Albedo (sword) were rumoured to be bow users. He is apparently the leader of the resistance against the Inazuma Shogun.
When it comes to his rarity, a couple of leaks hint that he could be a four-star character. This means that players will have plenty of time to farm those precious Primogems in order to gather all six of his Constellations. This is all of the information we currently have about this unusual charter. These leaks should be taken with a grain of salt since the character is far from getting released any time soon.
Leaks are pretty common in the Genshin Impact universe. An interesting name has been mentioned numerous times over the last couple of months and his name is Arataki Itto. He was also mentioned by multiple NPCs in the game's main storyline. Apparently, he was beaten by the playable character Kojou Sara who took his Vision. When it comes to his appearance, Itto is described as a tall buffed character with two giant horns on his head.
