Aldi Voted Britain’s Most Popular Supermarket

Latest polling data from YouGov suggests that Aldi is currently the UK’s favourite supermarket.

The discounter came in ahead of M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury’s in a ranking based on the percentage of people who have a positive opinion of a supermarket chain.

Richard Thornton, Communications Director at Aldi, said: “British shoppers know that Aldi is the only supermarket to offer an unbeatable combination of high-quality products at low prices. This is something that’s becoming increasingly important for households faced with rising fuel and energy costs.

“We’re currently gearing up for our biggest and best ever Christmas and look forward to helping our customers enjoy the seasonal celebrations they deserve this year, at prices they can afford.”
