Opera Colorado to Offer Complimentary Tickets to Front-Line Workers for ‘Tosca’ Rehearsal

Opera Colorado will offer complimentary admission to the final dress rehearsal of “Tosca” on Nov. 4, 2021 for front-line workers.

The tickets will be given to show gratitude to medical and front-line personnel who worked tirelessly through the coronavirus pandemic. The performance, which will be held at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, will give admittance to Doctors, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Paramedics, EMTs, Dispatch/First Responders, Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Hospital/Health Care Facility Administration, Hospital/Heath Care Facility Custodians/Environmental Services, and Respiratory Therapists.

In order to enter the auditorium, all audience members must be fully vaccinated and wear a mask at all times. Patrons must also submit a photo of their professional ID to access complimentary admission for up to two guests.

In a press release, Greg Carpenter, General & Artistic Director said, “Opera Colorado extends its deepest thanks to those who have served their community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are thrilled and honored to invite you to be among the first experience our return to live opera.”
