Here's the ALCS schedule between the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros

The Boston Red Sox will face the Houston Astros in the 2021 American League Championship Series, after the Astros finished their division series against the Chicago White Sox with a 10-1 rout in Game 4 on Tuesday.

Houston first baseman Yuli Gurriel singles against the Chicago White Sox during the seventh inning in Game 4 of the ALDS at Guaranteed Rate Field on Tuesday afternoon.

The ALCS will pit Red Sox manager Alex Cora against the team for which he served as bench coach. A Major League Baseball investigation concluded that Cora helped to orchestrate a sign-stealing scheme in 2017 — the season in which Houston won the World Series.

The investigation led to Cora's firing by the Red Sox in January 2020, as well as a season-long suspension by MLB before Boston rehired him as the manager prior to this season.

This marks the fifth straight season that Houston has appeared in the ALCS, winning in 2017 and 2019. For the Sox and Astros, this will be their third meeting for the AL pennant since 2017. Boston won in 2018 en route to its latest World Series championship.

Boston arrives at the league championship after beating the Tampa Bay Rays, three games to one. The best-of-seven ALCS schedule is:
