Ratings Results of Interest:

On Thursday of last week, the supernatural sitcom Ghosts had its debut on CBS and pulled a 0.56 rating based on same-day viewing for the 18-49 demographic with 5.5 million total viewers for its one-hour premiere. It improved on its lead-in and had the highest total viewers among new sitcoms across the broadcast networks so far this Fall. That has the show off to a decent start, though we will have to see how it tracks in the coming weeks. On Friday, The CW’s Nancy Drew had its third season premiere and managed only a 0.05 rating in the demo with 415K total viewers. That show is still likely to continue to at least a fourth season, though, based on the trends we have seen from that network. On Wednesday, FX’s American Horror Story took a notable drop to series low a 0.15 rating with 483K total viewers, though that one has already been renewed through its thirteenth season. On Sunday, The Walking Dead improved slightly for its Season 11A finale to a 0.53 rating with 1.9 million total viewers while The Walking Dead: World Beyond dropped a tick to a 0.19 score with 807K total viewers.
