'One eye was my control, the other was the test subject... I shall publish this study in Nature journal,' she added.
The podcast host was flooded with messages from fans who were concerned about the miracle product's $100 price tag.
'Okay, ladies filling my messages! The product name is Eyenvy. It's not cheap!' she said.
'And before anyone complains: I paid in full for the product and this is not a sponsored! I don't do sponsored posts.'
Meanwhile, Susan isn't the first woman to jump on the Eyenvy bandwagon.
For years, beauty-invested fans have shared their amazing results online.
In the past, devotees of EyEnvy's eyelash conditioner say they have got longer and fuller lashes within just three months after using the $100 product each day on their own eyes.
Before and after photos show just how effective the product - which is laced with nourishing vitamins and peptides - is at targeting the lash hair follicles.
Many who have used the product for the recommended four to six weeks boast that they have never seen their eyelashes look so full.
'This is the best growth serum I have ever used!,' one commenter posted on Instagram.
'I cannot express how much I love this product, I've even considered selling it myself,' another added.
'I even had to discontinue use after applying it faithfully every morning for three months, because my eyelashes were growing freakishly long!'
