BALTIMORE — A Baltimore man has been arrested and charged with 1st Degree Murder following a September shooting.
According to police, 35-year-old Maurice Timothy Jones shot and killed 31-year-old Seth Tunstall just before 5 p.m. in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road.
Jones is currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility.
