Golden Knights hockey is back!
The team hits the ice tonight to open the regular season against the Seattle Kraken.
If you plan on attending the game, you will not need to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test to get inside T-Mobile Arena.
You must wear a mask in the arena, and all tickets are digital.
The arena’s bag policy has changed also.
Bags and backpacks aren’t allowed inside.
Only small clutches and wallets will be allowed, and they will be checked as you walk through security.
After a short offseason, the team looks different with fan favorites Marc-Andre Fleury and Ryan Reaves now on other teams.
It’s Stanley Cup or bust though for the Knight as analysts say the group is now deeper in a season that will resemble a pre-pandemic one.
“Last year, they played 56 games. They didn’t play outside of their division. They realigned the league to get travel to a minimum. So I think the nice thing is especially in this rink where they got back to full capacity in the 2nd round of the playoffs, it’s the best home ice advantage in the NHL,” said Dave Goucher, a television broadcaster for the team.
The Golden Knights take on the Kraken tonight at 7:15 p.m.
