The Las Vegas Raiders are at a crossroads as they head to Week 6 of the 2021 NFL season, and it will be interesting to see which path they choose.

On Monday night, news broke that the Las Vegas Raiders and head coach Jon Gruden would be parting ways. This news came after the release of multiple emails by the former coach in which he used racist, homophobic, and misogynistic language.

With Gruden gone, and the team coming off their second loss in a row, the franchise is certainly at a crossroads not only in 2021 but also beyond. They have to figure out how to right the ship this season, which also trying to figure out who is going to be the person to come in and lead this team moving forward.

Sure, they will turn to Rich Bisaccia to lead them as the interim head coach in 2021, but plans need to be made for the 2022 season when it comes to the head coach. However, for now, they have to focus on the task at hand, and that is trying to turn around a season that got off to such a hot start.

Here, we look at what the Raiders could do on the field to right the ship moving forward in 2021.
